A chest with plenty of character still showing. This vintage wooden trunk has been sanded down and revarnished by our carpentry team, bringing back the warmth of the teak while keeping its well-travelled character intact.

Fitted with metal corner trims, side handles and a hinged lid, it opens to a decent storage compartment within. The original hardware shows plenty of age and patina, and the front lock is missing, leaving its original keyhole opening behind, imperfections we think suit an old trunk rather well.

Wooden surfaces have been newly sanded down and revarnished by our carpentry team.
Some coloured marks and discolouration remain visible on the lid even after refurbishment.
Chips/nicks, dents and uneven wood tones are still present throughout.
Interior surfaces show uneven finishing, marks and signs of previous use.
Original metal hardware shows tarnishing, oxidation and general wear.
Some sections of the metal side trimming are broken and missing.
Front lock is missing, with the original lock opening still visible.
